Recovery communities change lives constantly. Being able to show that clearly, to a funder, a partner, or the people already part of your community, is a different skill from doing the work itself, and it’s one worth building deliberately.
Just Enterprise’s Impact Measurement course is built for exactly this. It’s a free, self-paced eLearning programme of up to 10 modules, covering everything from establishing your mission and defining your value proposition through to collecting useful information and communicating your results with real evidence behind them.
Self-paced, with a bit of structure. Modules run roughly 30 to 55 minutes each, and the course is designed to be completed within 8 weeks of enrolling, so there’s room to fit it around the rest of the work without it dragging on indefinitely.
Worth doing even if you think you already know your impact. The course is as much about learning to articulate what you already know as it is about measuring something new. For a lot of organisations, that’s the harder part.
